Warranty Policy

The Company warrants your hardware product against any defect in material and workmanship, under normal use, for the designated warranty period. The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase by the end user, a copy of the purchase receipt will be needed to prove date of purchase.

If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, The Company will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective product.

The Company will not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct, special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenues, cost of replacement goods, or expense or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

This warranty is void if:

  • The product was operated or stored in abnormal use or maintenance conditions.
  • The product was repaired, modified or altered or undergone attempted repair by non-authorized personnel, unless The Company has authorized such repair, modification or alteration.
  • The product was damaged, abused or misused
  • The product was installed without following the supplied installation instructions.
  • The serial number of the product is defaced, modified or missing.
  • The Warranty Void; seal on the casing has been modified, removed or broken.

The decision of The Company shall be final and binding with regards to the condition of product return and eligibility of repair or replacement.

Software Products are covered specifically for defective media or manuals only, for a 14 day period. The software license you acquired cannot under any circumstance by transferred back to The Company . The Company does not warrant or represent that third-party software or hardware will function error-free when used in conjunction with its products.

Returns Policy

At Logic3 we want our customers to be delighted with every purchase they make. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

For all other items:

We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. If it is defective you will be responsible for those charges.

To return an item:

We would advise that you take the faulty unit back to the initial point of purchase for an exchange, providing it is under the retailers guarantee and that you do have proof of purchase.

Alternatively please send the faulty unit to our head office providing it is still under the 1 years warranty.

All our Logic3 products come with a manufacturer 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, provided you have a copy of the original proof of purchase. 

You can take the unit to the initial point of purchase, provided the unit is within the retailers guarantee.

Alternatively, you can return the item to our head office, if you choose this option you would need to email a copy of the original proof of purchase to support@logic3.com

Once we receive the copy of the original proof of purchase, we will email you a Returns Form to complete.

Cancelling an item:

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
